However, at this time, DH Caster International, Inc. can not provide the data to show compliance to Prop 65 for our products. We do realize that our customers need this information and will be continuing our efforts to provide it. We understand that there are liability concerns when our products are sold in California due to the regulation. In this case, the safest option is to include the warning label on the bar code that we provide for anything that is shipped or sold in California.

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

• All DH Caster International Inc (DHCI) products are warranted for the period of one year from date of purchase. Any product that exhibits defects in material and or workmanship within the period of one year will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of DHCI. Nevertheless, the defective product must be acknowledged by DHCIimmediately. Once your claim has been approved by DHCI we will issue you a claim form. When the form has been returned to DHCI we will determine the next steps in resolving your claim. The process for warranty claims takes approximately two business days from receipt of claim.

• Our warranty does not apply to abuse or misuse of our products, i.e. overloading, misapplication, accident, normal wear and tear, damage in transit or any unusual operating conditions [extreme temperatures], of which DHCI was not consulted with prior to purchase. All DHCI products are not intended for the transportation of humans or the use for any riding apparatus. DHCI liability is limited to the factory cost based on the product purchased date. DHCI makes no other express or implied warranty with respect to the product other than the limited warranty set forth above.

• No DHCI employees, sales agent, dealer or distributor is authorized to make modifications extensions or additions to the warranty above, unless it is enforceable by applicable law, DHC disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, non infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose and the liability of DHCI . If any damages related to any allegedly defective product shall under any tort, contract, or legal theory be limited to the actual price paid for such product and in no event include incidental, consequential, special indirect damages of any kind even if DHCI is aware of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.
